Chicken Parmesan

Flori: I decided to cook something a little more elaborate today, so I chose this recipe for Chicken Parmesan from our Cooking Light Cookbook.

The cooking took more than two hours since I made everything from scratch and even had to make my own breadcrumbs (they don´t sell breadcrumbs in stores, here). But the result was definitely worth all the time and hard work I put into it – it was really delicious!
